It has resorted to fraud and intimidation by attacking it's most loyal customer base i.e. those on unlimited plans. Throttling these loyal customers and trying to force them to switch to a different plan seems to be AT&T's latest tactic to gouge those customers that have remained loyal. Bad for business.
